Our Story & Leadership
Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Jesse Medina brings deep South Texas roots and a disciplined, professional approach to construction leadership.
His journey in construction management began at Keller Graduate School of Management, where he earned an MBA in Construction Science / CAPM, solidifying both technical expertise and leadership skills. Through education and hands-on experience, Jesse has developed the ability to oversee projects from start to finish — leading teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring every objective is met.
Over the past decade, he has managed diverse projects throughout Texas, ranging from commercial developments in Dallas to large-scale infrastructure upgrades in Houston. This wide-ranging experience allows Construction Solutions RGV to bring big-market discipline and best practices back home to the Valley.
Despite opportunities elsewhere, his heart has always pulled him back to South Texas. The opportunity to utilize his expertise locally is a way to give back to the region that shaped him — bringing not only a robust skill set, but also a deep understanding of the Valley’s unique culture and construction needs.
Our goal is simple: to establish professional project management practices in every job we take on, ensuring that every project is not just built to spec — but built with pride.
